The launch party for Future Utopia 0.1: lasers, aerial performers and a club night in a skatepark. Come as a clown or a jester, ideally in something upcycled.
Future Utopia 0.1: Harmonious World opens with a club night. After our first Lazer Jest, this one is loosely clown and jester themed, with aerial performance, lasers and projection across The Loading Bay skatepark.
Come in playful, upcycled costume. We're using the figure of the fool as permission to question convention, experiment and imagine differently. And if someone can fold themselves in half while suspended in the air, we want you to ask: what can I do?
It's also your first look at the exhibition. Step into the Harmony Pod, answer a few questions about the future you want, and pick up a limited-edition print from the artists in the show.
18+. Please bring photo ID.
Each tier goes on sale when the one before sells out. Prices include a £1 booking fee.
Three bars on site, licensed until 1am.
Dress code: clown, jester or anything upcycled. Optional, but very welcome.
Face-painting on the night, raising money for charity.
The exhibition, Future Utopia 0.1: Harmonious World, runs 8 to 14 November with its own £1 tickets.
No refunds, but you can pass your ticket on to a friend.
