We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, as all our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the charm of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown due to the handmade nature of our items and differences in screen displays.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you and offer a full refund if this occurs.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send shipping confirmation.
Stock Availability
As our products are handmade in limited quantities, items may sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee availability of any product. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless defective. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full return policy details.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product designs, and software, is the property of The Woom Room or our artists and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission.
Artist Work
The designs and creations of our artists remain their intellectual property. Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Products are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes.
User Content
If you submit any content to us (such as reviews or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Woom Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
