Jagoda approaches her work with a juvenile sense of humour and takes inspiration from mundane everyday situations, different cultural backgrounds, and nature. She enjoys telling complex and absurd stories through simplicity and joyful colour palettes. As an illustrator, her goal is to make viewers laugh and broaden their sense of empathy. Jagoda loves creating characters and imagining how they would drink their coffee or fold their clothes. She thinks that the best part about being an illustrator is that you get to constantly educate yourself and be able to visually communicate the stories of others. The best part about being a veg advisor in a local shop is that you get to talk about food every day and get emotionally involved in lives of the locals and feel like a part of community.
